CatRadar is intended for registering and discovering cats in public spaces. You may use the app for:
You are responsible for the content you post. By uploading content you confirm that you have the rights to post it and that it complies with these terms. By posting content you grant CatRadar a non-exclusive licence to display it to other users.
CatRadar stands for respectful treatment of cats. It is strictly prohibited to photograph or register cats in ways that harm their wellbeing, or to post content showing or promoting animal abuse.
CatRadar reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms. Repeated misuse may result in permanent account suspension. Users can report inappropriate content via the report function in the app.
CatRadar is a community platform. We are not liable for the accuracy of user-submitted information, damage arising from app use, or temporary unavailability of the app. CatRadar is not a professional missing animal tracking service.
The name CatRadar, logo and app are the property of Oldensofts. Using them without written permission is not permitted.
We may update these terms. For significant changes, we will notify you via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
